By clicking this link, you come to the home of Technorati. Basically, to explain this in Xanga terms, you connect your blog (whether it be xanga, myspace or Blogger..really whatever) to a very...very LARGE network (55 million blogs are connected by this site). You create a free account and add your blogsite by typing in the web address and then you can also enter in search words...so if someone searching technorati is searching for something particular, your site could be included in the search results. It constanly updates, showing new posts, featured ones of the week etc. Also, you have a Technorati ranking...as people connect to your blog and vice versa, your ranking goes up. So if you have a good blog and people like it and connect, your ranking goes up and you get displayed or mentioned more on the technorati website. It's pretty neat.
