The website of frustration!

I have been doing research for products that Tri Chi uses for rush. I have found what I needed at Michaels. But they didn't have enough of what I needed in-store, so I thought I would shop for it online. Well, that was a mistake! Their online store and the actual store at two separate stores. What ever they sell in the store can't be bought online.
This a huge mistake on their part. They need to make their website one with their store. Number one, it is inconvenient to the customer. And second it is not made clear that you can not buy things online. I spent several hours not only searching for what I needed(which the search bar was not the greatest of help), but also time on the phone with the store answering my question. I would have to say that Michaels.com lacks in customer convenience and site navigation.
