In my opinion, weather.com is the most functional of the weather sites. It is published by the weather channel and offers several outlets for weather information. You can search for any city through its name or zip code, and then find out the current weather, as well as upcoming weather. You can view it by the hour, for the current day, and daily highs and lows all the way to 10 days out. It is also very simple to navigate with the search bar at the top.
The whole site is very user-friendly and well designed.
