post 1: news site's layout

A site that is well designed and planned is this one: http://english.aljazeera.net/NR/exeres/55ABE840-AC30-41D2-BDC9-06BBE2A36665.htm I like it because it is well organized like an online newspaper should be and helps an English speaker to read al jezeera news. Different areas of the world to choose from are on the left, larger stories are on the front page, and there are video/sound options. I do not like the flash advertisement at the top.
