One website I have found is extremely targeted to one age group is the Barbie website. It uses a horizontal navigation as well as a flash navigation at the top of the page. It also contains a large picture with links to games or shopping. Its color scheme is pright pink and other bright colors. Its definately targeted at little girls that are really girly.
