MTV Website Review

MTV.com the website for an American cable television network based in New York City. MTV still plays a limited selection of music videos, but the channel primarily broadcasts a variety of popular culture and reality television shows targeted at adolescents and young adults. The coolest thing about this website is the backgrounds that change every time you click a new page or even if you refresh your browser. The website uses a main top bar navigation that pull down when your mouse hovers over it, and a search option, however all of the category navigations are at the bottom of the page. This site is bright and colorful to appeal teens and young adults. The content in the middle is cluttered with information about upcoming shows, music, and celebrities.
